Strategic global presence

Since the inception, our CMD was originally based in China but has decided to strategically shift to Europe. This move is driven by the intent to enhance our relationships with trade finance partners. Our group has established a strong presence in major financial and business hubs, including Singapore, Dubai, Australia, London, Geneva, and more. Each of these offices is represented by top managers, with core decision-making centered in London, where our CMD will now be based.

Robust Risk management

We have a Risk Management committee which focuses vehemently on covering the price risk, counterparty and operational risk, sanction country risk, liquidity risk to name a few. The results of it are clear that never in our history we have ever faced defaults.

We believe in centralized yet coordinated and inclusive operations which helps us understand the key growth areas, key issues and its resolution much faster than others.

Strong pedigree

Since 2008. It is Mr. Rakesh Sethi who has been instrumental in the company’s growth in China. The group has developed from scratch to now close to USD 2bn turnover over 14 years’ journey.

Stakeholders

Our Iron Ore customer base is notably diverse, encompassing a range of stakeholders. Among our valued customers are end consumers, such as steel mills and state-owned enterprises (SOEs). We also serve international traders, including industry giants like Glencore, Cargill, and Trafigura

 

Suppliers

On the supply side, we collaborate with major mining companies such as Rio Tinto, Vale, BHP, and CSN. Additionally, we engage with miners operating in regions like Mauritania and Chile. This broad spectrum of partners and suppliers underscores our robust presence and reputation in the Iron Ore market.
